Callisto Homes is a Joint Venture between Provectus Developments, and Callisto. Callisto began as a specialist, award-winning contractor building one-off luxury homes across Kent. Those early projects shaped the company’s character, careful craftsmanship, close collaboration with clients and a genuine commitment to creating homes that felt considered and personal. Working at this scale meant being involved in every detail. We are invested from technical design to the final finishes and that hands-on experience became the foundation of how Callisto Homes operates today.

As the team grew, it became clear that many landowners and partners wanted more than a capable contractor. They needed a delivery partner who understood the wider development journey and could work confidently with architects, planners and consultants from the outset. This naturally led Callisto into partnership with Provectus Developments, an experienced strategic developer with deep expertise in site finding, feasibility, planning strategy, acquisition and disposal, together they form Callisto Homes.

The two businesses joined forces to create a more complete development pathway. Provectus leads the front-end strategy and planning, and Callisto brings the practical knowledge and build quality that comes from years of delivering bespoke luxury homes.
